This patient is a nice example of how the combination of diastasis recti repair and liposuction for conturing can transform this lady post pregnancy body!

After pregnancy women often see diastasis recti, which is the splitting of the abdominal muscles down the midline. You can see diastasis causes her to have a bulge in the middle of her stomach. Additionally she has some excess fat that we removed via liposuction and excess skin that we removed during her tummy tuck.

Post surgery, she has a beautifully sculpted flat stomach, no more bulge, no more excess fat, and no more sagging skin! 🔥

As seen with this patient in her before photos, a common concern is breasts that fall far apart or laterally towards the outside of the body.

With a custom dual plane implant placement we use the muscle to push the implant towards the medial, lower portion of her breasts. We then support this position with an internal bra technique that creates a beautiful décolleté and middle cleavage.

Traditional breast augmentation techniques would not allow us to create this shape and form.

To complete her mommy makeover, we removed a significant amount of fat using lipo360 and performed a tummy tuck to remove excess skin and tighten her abdomen. These are early results at only 2 months, and yet we are seeing amazing new curves and a youthful restored body.

Breast positioning is usually an aesthetic concern for my patients. You can see in this patient for example, how far apart her breasts were before surgery. To achieve a fuller, medial cleavage and enhance her décolleté, we used a custom dual plane implant placement with an extended, multiple layer internal bra suture - which brings the breasts closer together.

We also customized her breast shape using lateral thorax liposuction. This refers to liposuction along the sides of the breasts to better define a curvy, round look and sculpt a beautiful #sideboob 👏
